Come join our Nexa Solar Team as a Solar Advocate! In this position you go door-to-door explaining the benefits of solar to homeowners with the goal of signing them up for a free solar consultation.
If you are looking for an introduction into the fast-growing renewable energy industry, this is the perfect job for you! We are seeking candidates for both Full-time and Part-time schedules with possibilities to rapidly transition into leadership and closing roles.
JOB OVERVIEW:
- This is an Outdoors Door-To-Door Sales And Marketing Position.
- Flexible schedule with full-time and part-time options (15-40 hr work week).
- No experience necessary.
- Paid training for all qualified candidates.
- On-going sales training.
- Rapid growth and management opportunities are available.

COMPENSATION:
- Most Solar Advocates make ($37,440 - $72,800 annually).
- MONTHLY BONUSES for top performers.
- Commissions ONLY Position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Working cell phone.
- Computer/Internet access.
- A reliable car and valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to walk/stand for 4+ hours at a time.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week.
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Russian, Hindi, etc.)!
